The first few lines of my /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf: user_scores_dsn DBI:mysql:spamassassin:localhost user_scores_sql_username xxx user_scores_sql_password xxx user_scores_sql_table xxx
However, the daemon seems to make no attempt at logging into mySQL when do 'spamc < sample-spam.txt' under debug mode. Checked the spamd file and the line "my $LOCAL_RULES_DIR = '/etc/mail/spamassassin';" is in there.
