The mailman log wasn't even being written, which I would describe as a bug, but the problem is sorted. As I suspected, it was something stupid I was doing. I had my firewall cranked so tight mailman wasn't able to connect to the smtp server on 127.0.0.1 Pardon me while I go slap myself with a wet fish. Mike- Mornings: Evolution in action.
