I have setup spamassassin on a qmail server running qmailscanner. I believe I am using spamassassin 2.55-1.7.3. So far my only gripe is the headers of mail not being rewritten.
Here is my user_prefs file as as it deals with the header rewrites:
# Whether to change the subject of suspected spam rewrite_subject 1
# Text to prepend to subject if rewrite_subject is used subject_tag *****SPAM*****
# Encapsulate spam in an attachment report_safe 1 report_header 1 # Use terse version of the spam report use_terse_report 0
As far as I can tell that is all correct. I know spamassassin is working since my incoming spam has headers such as:

Is ther a problem that I am not aware of? Or does it just make more sense to try a different version of spamassassin?
btw this is on RedHat 8.0
Thanks
