[SAtalk] Request: dealing with messages where a duplicate Message-ID is already learnt as spam

Would it be possible to modify SA so that something is added into the
headers when another message already learnt as spam has the same
Message-ID?

I'm seeing lots of high scoring messages that are not auto-learnt as
spam and hence end up in my suspected spam folder that I use as a feed
for sa-learn --spam.

If the Message-ID is already learnt as spam I'd like to be able to
modify the filter to bin the spam and then I need not review these
messages.
