I just cought an FP where the SUBJ_HAS_SPACES rule gave 3.5 points. My local.cf has no reference to this rule, but I did find it in 50_scores.cf: SUBJ_HAS_SPACES 2.425 2.026 1.101 2.329
I think you're looking in the wrong place. That message was tagged by SpamAssassin 2.55.

The line you quoted is only in versions 2.50-2.53.
Are you sure you've got the right 50_scores.cf? Are you sure the message was tagged by your server and not someone upstream that is running a newer version than you?
