No, I don't think so. I think force-expire only clears out
some of the older messages.

I think the best way to start over is to delete ALL files
beginning with the word "bayes" in your .spamassassin
directory. No files=no bayes.

If you are running autolearn, then a new bayes database will
be built up gradually over a period of days. Otherwise, you
can simply feed it the spam. Bayes will not activate until
it has at least 200 spam/ 200 ham.
