You can also read Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf (look for the string "check_rbl") and read the examples in the 20_dnsbl_tests.cf file that ships with 2.60-rc4. If you're using 2.5x, the same except they're in 20_head_tests.cf. (The 2.60 tests won't work as-written with 2.5x, though.) The RBL tests changed a bit in 2.60, but tests written the old way will usually work fine.
