I've decided to switch solely to using spamassassin for rejecting mail
from open relays.
Previously I used sendmail rbl checks and then spamassassin to
filter/reject mail.
I currently use 22 rbl's in sendmail via dccdnsbl or enhndnsbl and I would
like to move the lookpus into sa, to lower my rbl false positive rate...

I am not sure the steps to configure spamassassin to use a new rbl:
Based on reading the cf file, is this the correct syntax to do so?

header RCVD_IN_PROXIES_EASYNET eval:check_rbl_txt('dialup-firsthop',
'proxies.blackholes.easynet.nl')
describe RCVD_IN_PROXIES_EASYNET Received via a rlay in
proxies.blackholes.eaynet.nl

tflags RCVD_IN_PROXIES_EASYNET net
score RCVD_IN_PROXIES_EASYNET 8.5

Can I add these entries in my local.cf or do I need to add them in the
/usr/share/spamassassin/*rbl*.cf files?

It appears I can put them in local.cf based on the documentation:
http://useast.spamassassin.org/doc/Mail_SpamAssassin_Conf.html

Setting the dialup-firsthop should configure these rbl checks to only
check for the first relay, and not penalize people who properly relay
through their isp?
Or should I not have it set to do differently?

I want the behavior to as closely emulate my current sendmail rbl lookups.

Thanks.
