Yeah, must be an installation problem. Without bayes I got:
MONEY_BACK (1.0 points) BODY: Money back guarantee
HTML_FONT_COLOR_UNSAFE (0.1 points) BODY: HTML font color not within
safe 6x6x6 palette
HTML_FONT_COLOR_RED (0.1 points) BODY: HTML font color is red
HTML_50_60 (0.5 points) BODY: Message is 50% to 60% HTML
HTML_MESSAGE (0.1 points) BODY: HTML included in message
HTML_FONT_BIG (0.3 points) BODY: FONT Size +2 and up or 3 and up
HTML_FONT_COLOR_GRAY (0.1 points) BODY: HTML font color is gray
MIME_HTML_NO_CHARSET (0.8 points) RAW: Message text in HTML without
specified charset

The X-Spam-Status, X-Spam-Level, and X-Spam-Checker-Version headers got
added so it is being parsed by SA. My guess would be that your default
rules are missing or not accessable by SA. Do "spamassassin -D --lint"
as your user and see if you can find anything.
