I don't have any better way than has already been suggested, but it brings
up a good point - is there any to reference the recipient's email address
as part of a rule?  I don't think, in general, that the recipient's email
address is passed to SA, but the user name is (in order to do queries to
find user preferences) and for me, the username and email address are the
same.

I see a lot of spam that has unsubscribe links and from addresses that
have the destination email address embedded in them (i.e.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]).  Now that I think about it,
it would be difficult to match against, but I think if there were a way,
it would be beneficial for weeding out spam.
