Yes, that's right, because spamc uses the name of the calling user -
here it's "qmailq" - if you don't override it with "-u <username>".

For qmail-scanner 1.16, I wrote a patch to support this...

...but I suggest upgrading to qmail-scanner 1.20rc1 which already
contains this functionality without the need for a patch.
