Setting an RBL test score to 0 stops it from being queried in the first
place, it doesn't query it and then assign a positive match a zero score,
which is what you're implying.

The developers are 2 steps ahead of you there, they've already removed the
osirusoft tests for 2.60-rc3, so by the time 2.60 comes out the tests will
be gone.

It's also on the news page of the website how to disable the tests for
2.55, and its been discussed at least 4 or 5 times already in the mailing
list, so theres not much more that can be done...
