I'm still having some trouble with 2.6... I've been using SA since...well a long time...and all versions up until 2.6 have been problem free. I upgraded to 2.60-rc1, and now rc2, and I get the following errors during spam checks...
Aug 25 17:00:07 ns1 spamd[1005]: Failed to run BAYES_80 SpamAssassin test, skipping: ^I(No write permission to sdbm file at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin/BayesStore.pm line 933, <GEN825> line 41. ) Aug 25 17:00:08 ns1 spamd[1005]: Failed to run BAYES_10 SpamAssassin test, skipping: ^I(No write permission to sdbm file at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin/BayesStore.pm line 933, <GEN825> line 41. ) Aug 25 17:00:08 ns1 spamd[1005]: Failed to run BAYES_50 SpamAssassin test, skipping: ^I(No write permission to sdbm file at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin/BayesStore.pm line 933, <GEN825> line 41. ) Aug 25 17:00:10 ns1 spamd[1005]: Failed to run BAYES_56 SpamAssassin test, skipping: ^I(No write permission to sdbm file at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin/BayesStore.pm line 933. ) Aug 25 17:00:10 ns1 spamd[1005]: Failed to run BAYES_90 SpamAssassin test, skipping: ^I(No write permission to sdbm file at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin/BayesStore.pm line 933. ) etc... Reverting back to 2.55 fixes this. What is different in 2.6 that would be causing this problem? I can see it's a permission problem but can't decipher what file it wants fixed. -- Regards, Matt ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: VM Ware With VMware you can run multiple operating systems on a single machine.
