I too have only seen the fields coming from AT&T and Comcast. Comcast
probably uses it as legacy after buying AT&T broadband (at least in certain
geographic areas). The only reference I found was from an individual's
resume that claims that Maillennium is an in-house Email system. AT&T
apparently migrated away from an IBM solution to Maillennium. I have still
yet to see anything about it but if it is an AT&T custom app then I would
not expect public documentation.

I only see the fields appearing in non-RFC compliant MUAs. I created a rule
in Postfix to reject on the RFC822 field.
