Does anyone have any pointers or recommend which doc I should follow?

Those two both seem to involve setting up SA filtering site-wide, which may or may not be your aim. If you do want site-wide filtering, I think the usual way to do that is with qmail-scanner (from http://qmail-scanner.sourceforge.net/). There are some notes on doing this in the "qmail" subdirectory of the source tarball.

OTOH, if you want to give individual users their own choice about whether or not they want their mail filtered (and at what threshold!), you'll want to run SA from .qmail files. http://www.gbnet.net/~jrg/qmail/ifspamh/ has a tool that can be helpful with that. If you look in the list archives from a few days ago, I've got this homegrown solution for that as well, with a few extra features, that isn't exactly polished, but is available for those who want to check it out. I don't want to repeat myself or advertise this thing too repeatedly, so you can just look that message up if you're interested.
