One of our users has left and his account receives _loads_ of spam, quite a
bit of which scores around 3-4 so slips under the 5 point threshold.

Occasionally a work related email arrives, so we need to keep the account
active a while longer.

What I'd like to be able to do is to apply some sort of bias so the message
has a score before any additional scores are applied for different tests.

Looking at http://eu.spamassassin.org/doc/Mail_SpamAssassin_Conf.html I see
options to reduce scores, but all I can find to increase them is
blacklist_to (unless I've misread the docs).

Any ideas?

regards,
Paul
