I have multiple mailboxes in ~/mail, as do the other users on my server.
~/mail/spam/definitely_spam is an mbox that contains, well, spam. If I
run:

sa-learn --ham --mbox /home/someuser/mail/*

it will autolearn the spam/definitely_spam mailbox as ham, which I
obviously don't want. I can think of 2 workarounds:

1. Learn the spam mbox as ham and then relearn it as spam right
afterwards. I guess in theory this would work, but other than taking up
extra server time is there a downside to doing this?
2. Do something like have /home/someuser/mail/ham and
/home/someuser/mail/spam but this would suck because it would put
everybody's mail down a directory in their mail client.

I could just do each mbox file separately but I'm trying to come up with
a solution that I can generically apply to all my users. I'm setting up
each user's mail approximately the same, with a folder for spam but
other than that they could have any number of mbox files with various
names under their ~/mail directory. I only have 3 right now but I want
to get a good system going and then deploy it more widely. Any
suggestions on the best way to do this?

Thanks!
