I don't normally forward spams onto the list, but this particular one caught my attention because it only scored 0.9, and I have *ALL* network tests on (RBL, Razor, DCC, Pyzor) as well as Bayes.... :-(

I am Lilian Robert Guei, junior wife of the former military ruler of Cote D'Ivoire . My husband was killed along with his first wife on the 19th of September,2002 in a coup attempt. by a gang of soldiers to topple the present government of president Laurent Gbagbo.
My husband on Christmas eve, 1999, staged a successful coup and ousted the then
dictator, Henri Konan Bedie and became the head of state. My husband bowing to
the international community and pressure groups demand for the return of the
country to civil rule,conducted an election in October, 2000 in which he was a
candidate,but lost to the present leader Laurent Gbagbo in the presidential
election.
In the spirit of national reconcilliation, my late husband was appointed into the governement and took the post of Defence Minister instead of the post of Vice President he had earlier demanded for. This made him to remain in opposition to the government even while serving as defence minister.
On September 5th, 2002 my late husband announced the formation of his own new
political group and withdraw from President Gbagbo's cabinet as Defence
Minister. This caused the present government to start hunting for my husband in
order to know his next move or to trap him down. Several attempts were made by
the government soldiers to eliminate him without success.
Unfortunately, on September the 19th, 2002 the unexpected happened, my husband
along with his former Interior Minister, Emile Boga and his senior wife, were
murdered in the mutiny. To me I feel the government only framed my husband up to
enable them eliminate him under the pretense of a coup.
Now the so called coup has degenerated into a full-blown civil war with rebel soldiers controlling half of the country and life generally unsafe for everybody.
With the help of my son, I managed to escape to Liberia, a neighbouring country
where I am hidding. I do not see my surrounding safe enough for me, hence my
contact with you.
Having experienced war, political uncertainty and having escaped death by the Might of God, I have decided to settle outside Africa and live the rest of my life with my children abroad. I will appreciate if you can help me.
However, I have something big which will be of mutual benefit to share with you.
Unfortunately, I cannot disclose this to you yet, because of its nature as it
require your total confidentiality. I do hope that you understand my reason for
being this careful.
