I found a strange thing. When I call razor via spamassassin it works well, but when it's running via spamd it's does not work. But anyway I see a traffic between my host and razor servers for every message which is passed through spamd/razor.
It may have to do with the user spamd runs under. When you tested it by running spamassassin directly, did you run it as the same user? If not, try that - you may need to have the spamd user run razor-admin --discover, or check file permissions on /path/to/spamd-home/.razor
