I'm looking for any suggestions as to what may be causing my problem with Spamassassin. As far as I can tell I have followed the instructions at http://tff.cs.caltech.edu/cgpsa/ to the letter. When I enabled spamassassin I get the following errors:
14:01:38.10 4 EXTFILTER(CGPSA) inp(68): * 1 Could not connect to CLI (Error: Can't read CGPro Server prompt)
14:01:38.10 4 EXTFILTER(CGPSA) inp(28): * 1 Too many failed attempts
14:01:38.10 4 EXTFILTER(CGPSA) inp(49): * CGPSA Error: Could not connect to CLI. Exiting.
14:01:38.17 1 EXTFILTER(CGPSA) reading failed: Error Code=external helper output closed
14:01:38.17 1 EXTFILTER(CGPSA) aborting request 2
14:01:39.17 1 EXTFILTER(CGPSA) failed on [1233333], will retry. Error Code=external helper output closed
Mail was not being sent or received. I disabled spamassassin, and everything is working fine. A look back over the instructions as well as the cgpsa.conf, etc. as well as logs doesn't show anything obviously wrong. Looking for anything I could have overlooked/missed. Thanks in advance for any help.
