I just noticed that about 80% of the messages in my inbox have a header line of
X-PerlMx-Spam: Gauge=XXXXXXXXXIIIII, Probability=95%, (with varying scores and probabilities, of course) I believe that the mailserver handling the incomming traffic for the university is adding this (in other words, I trust it). My question is, how can I create a rule such that SA can make use of this? I'm afraid I am a newbie (at SA) and haven't written any rules yet. But something like: header LOCAL_PERLMX_TAG X-PerlMX=~ /\bGauge=XXXXXXXXX\b/i score LOCAL_PERLMX_TAG 3 (ie. if the PerlMX test gives it a 90% or higher, have SA add 3 to the score). -- + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + Chris Barnes AOL IM: CNBarnes [EMAIL PROTECTED] Yahoo IM: chrisnbarnes Computer Systems Manager ph: 979-845-7801 Department of Physics fax: 979-845-2590 Texas A&M University ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by: Free pre-built ASP.NET sites including Data Reports, E-commerce, Portals, and Forums are available now.
