Why don't you add the header in procmail before SA, and write an sa test
to look for your header? It seems to me to be a convenient way of
plugging an external test into SA, you can even remove the header again
immediately after sa to keep it all neat and tidy.

just don't forget to add a bayes_ignore_header line for it :)
