Hi there. There was a discussion on this list sometime in September 2002 which mentioned splitting SPEWS lookups into a distinct rule so its accuracy could be evaluated, especially with regards to its effect on overall Osirusoft accuracy. (At the time, RBLs weren't included in GA runs).
