That's probably your problem right there... Procmail usually only kicks
in as a message is being delivered to its mailbox. There are ways around
that, but chances are that's why you're getting what you're getting.
You've got a few options, but the easiest would probably be to use a
milter, like spamass-milter or MIMEDefang, that will scan every piece of
mail passing through your server, whether it's delivered there or not.
