First, you want/need to upgrade SpamAssassin...2.55 is the latest version, 
and there have been a great many changes since 2.20.

Second, if you're running SA through the normal /etc/procmailrc (ie, 
calling spamassassin via /etc/procmailrc, or running the spamd/spamc 
combination and calling spamc from /etc/procmailrc), it should be simple 
to put the following into your /etc/procmailrc file:

:0:
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
! [EMAIL PROTECTED]
