I want to disable the Version Info of Spamassassin in the mail headers.
I am talking about this line: X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 2.55 (1.174.2.19-2003-05-19-exp)
Can someone telle me what to write in the config to disable it ?
As you see I am using Version 2.55 of SpamAssassin.
Thanks for your help !

The developers have purposefully made it so there is no config option to do that.

In general end users often submit bug reports, and after a long investigation it turns out the version of SA that tagged the mail was something truly archaic like 2.21 and the bug is something that was fixed over a year ago.

Having the version in the headers makes processing bug reports from users that know very little about SA possible. By removing it, you're making life very hard for the developers and end-users of SA to figure out any problems in the system.

To quote Theo Van Dinter's August 4, 2003 post on this subject.
not without modifying the code. that's the only header required to be in there.

from the as-yet unreleased 2.60 docs:

Note that X-Spam-Checker-Version is not removable because the version
information is needed by mail administrators and developers to debug
problems. Without at least one header, it might not even be possible to
determine that SpamAssassin is running.
