You can do it with just sendmail + procmail, but that will mean
the mail needs to pass your sendmail twice:

internet -> sendmail -> procmail -> sendmail -> internal mailserver

It actually works... but I'd rather use some milter for the job,
such as mimedefang or spamass-milter.
