Actually in 2.55 there's only one FROM_AND_TO_SAME and it appears to not fire reliably for email addresses lines which are not exactly the same, character for character.


In this case the sample "from" line had a quoted vanity name in front of the address.. the To: line did not.

The code is in EvalTests.pm, sub check_for_from_to_same, but I don't know perl so it's someone foreign to me..
