This is beta, but it works for me. The source code is included. I am not going to develop it much more, because I'm not using it anymore (I use SpamBayes with Outlook+Exchange and SAproxy with Outlook Express+POP3). I hope that someone picks up the code and continues developing it. The link is here:
 
 
It has three functions:
 
1) Learn selected messages as spam (you need to have sa-learn in your PATH)
2) Learn selected messages as ham
3) Enable filter (you need to have spamassassin in your path)
 
It creates a temporary mbox when learning. Filtering is optional.
