for work (multiple overnight days, etc.)

I think we're just about ready for a PR3 and a new set of mass-checks.
For PR3, we need to set new autolearn thresholds, which required the
STATISTICS* files, which weren't able to be created because of segfaults
from evolve.  I didn't have time to look at it until a day or two ago,
and got them generated.

It looks like a few other bugs popped up recently too, so those will
have to be fixed before PR3 is ready.
