Pyzor bills itself as "a Python implementation of Razor," so I see no reason
to use both Razor and Pyzor.  If Pyzor did something substantially different
from Razor, then I'd probably use it.  Of course I haven't looked very
deeply at Pyzor since I disregarded it after reading the aforementioned
excerpt.  So I use DCC and Razor2 and they have been performing excellently
along with Bayes filtering.
