I have not done something correctly in my installation. I get messages marked as Spam but they still come to my Inbox and do not go to my Spam folder. What do I need to do? Thanks for the help,

Based on your headers, it sounds like you're using outlook as a mail client. Did you create a filter in outlook to move the messages to your spam folder?
SpamAssassin in general doesn't (and can't) directly alter where messages go, it only alters their content.. it's up to the other tools that handle your mail to put it someplace different.
