perhaps do the politically incorrect thing and allow all languages except
herbrew (I know some middle eastern countries that would be *real* glad to
see that).
Alternatively, I haven't actually tried this but why not create a rule that
heavily weighs that character, something like
describe BADCHAR Hebrew letter
rawbody BADCHAR /í/
score BADCHAR 3.5
