No, such a word is commonly used in non-sexual situations.  For instance:

    Intranet server tottally XXXXXX up by latest Microsoft worm

If you'll look in rules/20_porn.cf, you'll see that SA's porn rules are 
phrases that don't show up that often (if at all) in non-porn messages.  For 
instance, "must be at least 18" is very unlikely to show up in normal email.
