Sounds good to me. I have a few I might contribute after seeing what
you have.

My user_prefs has these sections:
* score adjustments
* header - ToCC
* header - From
* header - Subject
* header - other, with similar headers grouped: Return-path, Received,
Content-Type, X-Mailer (and one special "exists" test
* body
* body - phone numbers (if a spammer includes his phone number in a
spam that sneaks by SA, I add it here)
* body - email addresses
* rawbody
* URI
* whitelist
* blacklist - mine
* blacklist - William Stearns' collection
