Recognizing this is not an SA question... but the Spam Experts are here, so I hope someone can offer some insight.
My aunt uses Earthlink. Earlier this month, she found 4,000 old emails in her inbox. Since then, she can log in, see she has new mail, but then it disappears. Further, some of her friends are saying mail to her bounces (unfortunately, I have not seen the bounce messages). The question is... have any of you heard of anyone with similar problems? Could this be related to the new Earthlink spam bouncing? THANKS!
