Spam is identified by high scores, Non-spam is identified by significant
negative scores, and questionable email is in the middle.

header MY_VIAGRA Subject =~ /[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]/i
describe MY_VIAGRA Subject mentions viag[a]ra
score MY_VIAGRA 555.55

I'm assuing that by *NEVER* you mean that even if a whitelisted email
contains "viagara" in the subject, you want it flagged as spam. That's
why I've given it a 555 score.

If a whitelist is supposed to override your viagara test, then the score
should probably be 20-90.

I run my systems with a required hit score of 9.0. I therefore set my "I
*KNOW* this is spam" scores to 9.1 or thereabouts. This gives my "not
spam" rules a decent chance to bring the email's score down into the
"questionable" range.

If you were a pharmacist or doctor who needed to receive emails asking
about viagra, you'd probably want to score rules with the word(s)
unmasked with negative scores.
