read the archives, there's been lots of discussions on this and quite a few
suggestions:
* if you've got a central exchange server:
Create public folders, have users move spam/ham to be learned to
these public foldrs using drag&drop.
Learn from the public folders by using a script on the SA host that
downloads the mails via imap and feeds them into sa-learn;
* if you haven't got a central exchange server:
Forward the mails to two mailboxes on the SA machine as attachments.
Again, you'll need a script to extract the attached mails from the mailboxes
and feed them to sa-learn. Sample script also to be found in the archives.
