Was testing out our recent install of Squirrelmail (web based IMAP MUA)
and noticed the SA results:

X-Spam-Status: No, hits=1.0 required=6.0
        tests=MSG_ID_ADDED_BY_MTA_3,NO_REAL_NAME,USER_AGENT
        version=2.50

Squirrelmail generates its own Message-ID - I didn't look in the source
to see how this test is scored (or if it's been updated in newer
versions of SA), but in this case, the message-id was not generated by
the MTA. Does this test simply check to see if the first Received line's
hostname matches the right side of the message-ID?
