Firewall was

I can load PPM and then type 'Install
TIME::HIRES'. I then get a message that ask y/n to install.
After that I get a message that it is installing.
Then an error message says 'Error installing package
'time-hires': Could not locate a ppd file for package
time-hires.
I have the same problem with the db_file module
also.
I checked the path command and c:\perl\bin is
there.
I'm hoping that I did something dumb like skipped a
step. I am running this on a win2000 server box.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated
