I agree with you Dave - actually I almost put a similar suggestion in my first response, but then I decided that Steve's is probably a procmail newbie, so I decided to keep instructions simple but also explain what each line is doing - I assume he will catch on himself relatively quickly. (Only a few months ago I was a procmail newbie myself, and at least for me, I found it easier to start out slowly; once I understood what all of those *!.\-type symbols meant and what each line did, I found it a lot easier to write my own recipes).
