Michael, This is an RPM-ism. Because you installed HTML::Parser via CPAN, the rpm db doesn't know it's installed. You should either install SA through CPAN, too, using "install Mail::SpamAssassin" or you should add the --nodeps flag to rpm and force the RPM install. This latter approach, however, can potentially be problematic when upgrading in the future. Thus, I usually recommend using a consistent install method.
