Yes, it does matter. Also, if you forward the messages, the original headers
will not be preserved. In short: don't do this.

What you can do is forward the messages _AS ATTACHMENTS_ and process the
spam/ham mailboxes with a script to extract these attached messages and feed
them into sa-learn.
