=> On Mandrake 9.1 you can grab the Cooker src.rpm :
ftp://ftp.grolier.fr/pub/linux/Mandrake-devel/cooker/SRPMS/spamassassin-2.55-1mdk.src.rpm
Just rebuild it and try to install relevant missing RPM through
urpmi : perl-HTML-Parser,  perl-Time-HiRes, ...
