Yes you can: Call spamassassin using the sendmail milter interface before local delivery. You could either use the spamassassin-milter suplied with SA or use a seperate filter lime mimedefang that in turn calls spamassassin. I prefere using mimedefang because it lets me do filtering of suspicios attachments and/or virus scanning in addition to spam filtering.
