I had the same problem. I have the forwarded mails go into a mailbox on the SA machine and regularely feed that mailbox into the bayes database using a perl script, see http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=spamassassin-talk&m=105643907818279&w=2 for more info. the mailbox handling in that script is quite bad - probably a better aproach would be to modify the script to be called directly on reception of each message and unpack + feed it into bayes.
