Thanks for replying. I'm trying to control that "then" problem. I cannot
get it to skip over the /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf and use the
individuals ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs. The trick is, I DO want it to
use the local.cf config for about 90% of my users, just not for the 5 -
10 who already have a well tested user_prefs file. How do I skip it?

By the way, the debug shows just what I'm explaining...mail is getting
tested twice for those with user_pref settings.
