I have

macro index \eL "|sa-learn --single -D --spam" "tag message as spam"
macro pager \eL "|sa-learn --single -D --spam" "tag message as spam"

For my mutt key-bindings. Works like a charm. (it takes a few seconds
before the message is processed thought)
