Probably depends on your environment. I use 8.0 here because anything lower than that catches too many false positives. Everyone wants no spam, but no one wants to lose real e-mail. I add headers to everything else, so users can filter with a lower number if it suits them. I filter my own e-mail at 5.0, which gets about 80% of what doesn't get dropped at 8.0, but also catches a few false positives every week.
