I have to agree. I know for a fact that some SMTP relays out there have queue retry times of up to 12 hours (large ISPs, etc.). My end users are salesmen, and depend on timely communication with their potential customers. If a customer attempts to email one of my end users and doesn't get a response in 12 hours, that customer is very likely to move on to another company. If that happens a few times because of some misguided attempt on my part to cut down on spam then I'll be looking for another job. Count me out... ___________________________________________ Michael Sims Project Analyst - Information Technology Crye-Leike Realtors Office: (901)758-5648 Pager: (901)769-3722 ___________________________________________ ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: INetU Attention Web Developers & Consultants: Become An INetU Hosting Partner.
